It's about two years since we first featured experimental five-piece Duologue, and since then they've put out a couple of remixes and a couple of EPs before taking a bit of a breather. They have returned with a typically engrossing new single, the double A-sided 'Underworld' and 'Zeros'. Listen to the former below.

I discussed the fascinating "experimental industrial meets orchestral sound" of Duologue last year ahead of an EP release, and 'Underworld' very much carries on in that vein. The band seem to have progressed further, incorporating a more hypnotic sound with a wider array of influences.

Some credit must go the way of Arctic Monkeys producer Jim Abbiss, who has brought together the wealth of influences magnificently - the initial Radiohead comparisons remain by way of a splash of James Blake, a dash of Burial and more. Colour us excited to hear what 'Zeros' sounds like. Hopefully you feel similarly.

'Underworld'/'Zeros' is out on 29 Oct through our buddies at Killing Moon. Find more info at duologuemusic.com.
