We're not quite sure how 'Drive' soundtrack star College connected with Nola Wren, but it seems almost suspiciously coincidental that the NYC solo artist has a track called 'College'. Either way, we're glad it happened and the resulting 'Save The Day' is another slab of synth-pop.

I've never been one of those people who think that a cover detracts from its original. Nicolas Winding Refn's stylistic drama 'Drive' unexpectedly emerged as one of this year's most popular films, both commercially and critically. I wasn't quite as taken with its contemplative nature as others were but I did love its evocative eighties soundtrack.
