I honestly didn't really expect to like 'Tidal Wave', the new single from UK drum and bass producer Sub Focus. But with the help of FG faves Alpines, he's made a smash hit. Tim Wilson has decided to give the track a bit of a twist, melding it with Labrinth's 'Earthquake'. A pretty impressive formula as it turns out, download the (s)mash up below.

The latest James Bond adventure 'Skyfall' has arrived in UK cinemas, leaving behind a glut of sold-out showings in its wake - and murmurings of it perhaps being the best Bond film ever. To celebrate the release, Chip Ivory has put together a mash-up mixing Adele's 'Skyfall' theme and 'Touch The Sky' by Kanye West.

Psy's ubiquitous smash 'Gangnam Style' is perhaps already fading into obscurity, despite his excellent dance skils. [*does horsey dance*] But mash-up artists like Faroff are on hand to breathe new life in to this phenomenon, such as with this 'Ghostbusters' mash-up, which takes on Ray Parker Jr's iconic theme and adds a little Korean magic. Little bit behind the times on this one but what better time to write about a song called 'Let's Go' than during the Olympics? "Let's go GB, let's go!" *clap clap clap-clap-clap*. I think you know where I'm coming from here. Perhaps it's a tenuous link but I do believe, in their own way, Matt & Kim have unintentionally captured the uplifting spirit of the Games.
