Manchester's Swiss Lips are now London's Swiss Lips. They celebrated their move, and their ridiculous/amazing four album deal with Sony Epic, with a series of free gigs in East London recently. Their residency at The Union gave the band a chance to show off some new songs, including new download 'Carolyn'. Listen to its chirpy electro-pop stylings below.
'Carolyn' has emerged just over a month after we heard 'In The Water', another new track from the band. Swiss Lips like their catchy hooks and splendid synth-pop. We like that too. (Especially on the likes of 'Grow' and 'U Got The Power'.)
Listen to an added new track in one of the video diaries from The Union below, which I believe is called 'Books'. I assume it may well appear on their debut album, hopefully forthcoming in 2013. Expect to see them on many a tips list.
