I'm not sure when To Kill A King were dropped by EMI but no matter, they have already been snapped up again by Xtra Mile Recordings - home to Frank Turner. They will be re-packaging their debut album with some bonus tracks in October, and are giving away the rousing 'Bones' as a bit of a preview. Download below.
I found 'Cannibals With Cutlery' somewhat inconsistent and if anything, sought a tighter tracklist than a more expanded one. But To Kill A King have more than the fair share of gems up their sleeves so I'm expecting at least a couple of strong additions to the new version of the record. 'Bones' is one such gem, displaying their impressive command of melody and harmony.
