Canadian outfit Metric have returned with their first record, 'Art Of Doubt', since their 2015 album 'Pagans In Vegas', which also follows frontwoman Emily Haines' 2017 solo effort 'Choir Of The Mind'. Listen to and watch the video for the sparkling new single 'Now Or Never Now' below.
Working with former M83 collaborator Justin Meldal-Johnsen, elements of the former band are present in this latest single, which also has an overt and particularly welcome tinge of LCD Soundsystem's dance-led synth sounds. The album version of the track clocks in at a generous six minutes, with a more streamlined video length - both brilliant.
