The 2025 hype train was powered by the rise of Geese and their frontperson slash solo artist Cameron Winter into the mainstream - to the unexpected extent of the latter being parodied on American televisual institution 'SNL'. Mancunian five piece Westside Cowboy will be joining Geese on their UK and European tour in 2026 and are whetting the appetite with the rip-roaring 'Can't See'.
Having won the Glastonbury Festival Emerging Talent Competition in the summer of 2025, the band continue to go from strength to strength, with their new EP out on Island Records imprint Adventures Recordings in January. 'Can't See' sees the band opt for a more anthemic approach than their typical "Britainica" (their self-coined take on Americana) and is something of a glorious throwback to the mid-noughties guitar sound that dominated the airwaves of Britain. The Geese of 2026? Can see.
The 'So Much Country 'Till We Get There' EP comes out January 16th 2026. For more information, visit westsidecowboy.com.
