It's been over two years since we last wrote about M83 collaborator-turned-bonafide-solo-artist Morgan Kibby's White Sea project, and since then she managed to release a debut album and more recently soundtrack 'Bang Gang (A Modern Love Story)'. Her follow-up album looks set to be particularly promising, if new track 'Never A Woman' is anything to go by.
This latest effort is probably the most free-spirited that we've ever seen White Sea, 'Never A Woman' bouncing along with gay abandon. The relatively subdued initial instrumentation careers to ridiculous new heights, while Kibby's vocals are busy going on their own wild and wondrous journey. Exhilarating.
