Has it really been ten years since Jónsi's excellent debut solo album, 'Go'?? Apparently so. The Sigur Ros frontman has kept himself busy since then - appearing alongside his band mates in 'Game Of Thrones', providing music for the 'How To Train Your Dragon' film trilogy, working with partner Alex Somers as Jónsi And Alex, establishing Dark Morph with Swedish composer Carl Michael von Hausswolff, and much more. Listen to the soothing majesty of his latest effort, 'Exhale', below.

On 'Exhale', Jónsi continues his rich history of music collaboration by teaming with PC Music's A.G. Cook - we also particularly enjoyed his work with Troye Sivan. The new track presents an unusual combination, with its glitchy 65daysofstatic-esque instrumentation married to Jónsi's melodic vocals. An indication perhaps of the new album ('Shiver') to come, which will also feature Robyn and Liz Fraser of Cocteau Twins.

Not content in sharing the love simply on the musical side of the spectrum - the Icelandic artist also collabs on the song's video, co-directed with actor Giovanni Ribisi, perhaps best known for his appearances in 'Friends'. While we don't endorse what appears to be an abundant use of plastic bags in the video, we'll just have to heed Jónsi's advice on this one: "It isn't your fault, just let it go now."
