CLOWNS share capitals with FADED GLAMOUR and band members with several star turns of the Brighton scene. They don't exactly share their sound, but it's in the Speedball Baby/John Spencer Blues Explosion ballpark. They are reputedly wild live and are playing the Silver Bullet in N7 on Sunday. A gig not to be missed I'd say especially as you've got the whole of Monday to recover. Their debut album is due out later this summer but for now you can watch, listen and enjoy this video featuring lead off track 'She Says I'm A Clown', starring actor/writer Ralph Brown ('Withnail & I' 'The Crying Game', Alien 3!).
