Almost out of nowhere, Norway's finest proponents of orchestral pop Team Me returned in early 2019 with an expanded line-up and a new track, 'Blurry Precise', their first material since disbanding in 2015. They've been welcomed back with open arms on previous label, the excellent Propeller Recordings, and understandably so. Seemingly back to their very best, albeit with a twist, as shown on the more electronic-led 'The Future In Your Eyes'.

And so concludes our brief foray into "tastemaking" for the forthcoming months. Will any of the twelve bands/artists we've chosen actually manage to become commercially, or even critically, successful? We're not so sure. But the reason we've chosen them is that we want to support them. The idea is that perhaps you'd like (at least some of) them to do well too.

The Great Escape: 2011 Festival Review
